Beth and Stephen - 10.11.2008 - Duran Country Club

Suntree Lutheran Church and Duran Golf Club's restaurant was the perfect setting for this updated, autumnal wedding celebration.  Blooms in warm shades of crimson, orange and golden yellow comprised the unique floral palette, which blended classical flowers such as roses and freesia with stylish, modern florals, including asiatic lilies, macara orchids and hanging heliconia.

The bridal attendants and bride glowed with nosegays featuring mixed florals, berries and orchids... the men's boutonniere's echoed that motif, featuring a single rose and accompanying berries and foliage.  Mother's carried simple, modern tussie-mussies (the new standard for Thallo moms...) featuring a more neutral palette of porcelina sprays, white mini cymbidiums and freesia.

Guests were greeted by a towering collection of tropical blooms, collared in macara orchids and Australian umbrella fern.  The tabletop featured a carpet of smooth, black river rock and miniature arrangements featuring florals from the reception's palette.  A small glimpse of what was to come...

Guests sat at Tuscan-style tables, with an elongated tablescape including two foliage lined 4" glass cubes featuring florals aforementioned, bended and looped lily grasses and umbrella fern.  Lines of black river rock connected florals together while votives added warmth and ambiance to the table top, which was warmly covered in luxe, golden lamour linen.
